Ongoing Reputation Monitoring: Business Days: (8:30AM – 5:00PM CT, weekdays, non/holidays) human monitoring of dashboard & email alerts. Non-Business Days: Automated real-time monitoring keyword alerts for mission critical brand terms, using tools that flag sentiment. Client will provide emergency contact list for non-business days. Flexible and emergency (positive or negative) monitoring schedules are available to select clients “on-call.”
SEO Analytics Monitoring & Consulting, Minimum Fee & Term
Ongoing monitoring of SEO analytics, make monthly recommendations. SEO is not set it and forget it. Daily monitoring & weekly analytics reporting, monthly high-level recommendations, Flag anomalies & recommend prudent response plan as often as reasonably necessary.
