Lauren Litwinka

Lauren Litwinka is an Online Marketing Account Manager and Publications Manager at aimClear, a Minnesota-based online marketing agency. Her areas of expertise include organic community management, real-time journalism, copyediting, holistic social befriending, as well as content creation and syndication.

Having graduated summa cum laude in New Jersey with a Bachelor’s degree in English and a concentration in Creative Writing, Lauren wasn’t exactly bred for marketing or Minnesotan winters. As far as passion for the industry goes, an internship with a local website development and SEO company transformed into a Lead Social Media Strategist position. The insatiable appetite for search engine marketing and online community management grew from there.

In December 2009, Lauren bought a lot of winter gear and moved from the east coast to frosty but fabulous Duluth, Minnesota to join the aimClear team. At aimClear, Lauren has gained ample hands-on experience as a community manager for brands across a variety of verticals, from beauty product retailers to automotive companies. Leveraging insightful data based on traditional demographic research and cutting-edge conversation mining, she builds and thoughtfully engages community members in a meaningful and effective manner. Leaning on her sharp paid marketing chops, Lauren loves to toss an assortment of paid social ad units into the mix to amplify organic activity and prominence, yielding real results that rock.

Lauren is a monthly columnist for SearchEngineLand.com, with articles focusing primarily on B2B search marketing, and contributes to a variety of other noteworthy trade publications throughout the year. She also covers multiple mainstream industry conferences annually as a well-regarded member of the press. At aimClear’s Facebook Marketing Intensive Workshops, Lauren shares top-shelf community management tactics and best practices.

In her spare time, Lauren enjoys taking photographs, writing stories, drawing drawings, cooking tasty food, drinking hoppy beers, and kicking it with her enormous maine coon roommate.
