The Senior Paid Search Account Manager acts as the north-star of our client’s search success and works with some of the coolest clients in the world. Account Managers at Aimclear are “in the trenches” and are comfortable getting their hands dirty in an account, presenting to clients and training colleagues. They know their channels inside and out, forwards and backwards, and love working with the Client Services team to produce phenomenal client outcomes. We are looking for someone to own daily tactical execution, working with Aimclear’s Client Services team and directly facing select clients. You have extensive experience managing paid search, marketing, data and analytics savvy. Responsibilities

  • Deep knowledge of and passion for Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay-Per-Click advertising model
  • Create and manage PPC accounts/campaigns in Google AdWords and Bing Ads
  • Conduct keyword research and create lists of targeted search terms that are relevant to client’s websites and business
  • Write ad copy in collaboration with aimClear’s creative team
  • Establish bidding strategies based on business goals and targets
  • Provide bid and ad management/optimization on a regular basis to achieve maximum efficiency
  • Analyze PPC campaign results and adjust advertising strategy
  • Manage client’s budgets and keep PPC campaigns within these budgets
  • Communicate with clients on a regular basis to discuss client’s expectations/goals, provide consulting, and deliver reports
  • Communicate with team members to share knowledge and help solve problems
  • Develop PPC strategies to improve/expand PPC campaigns and achieve maximum efficiency
  • Responsible for defining and implementing channel specific strategies that fit into a holistic performance vision on behalf of clients
  • Extremely effective communicator responsible for leading segments of client calls and presentations
  • Creatively solve problems while operating in a dynamic environment
  • Analyze and optimize spending strategy for clients from many verticals, and provide guidance or direct intervention in high-leverage opportunities
  • Prioritize work and manage team’s time effectively, and serve as a multiplier by driving improvements to process and channel performance
  • Build rapport with Google, Bing, Facebook , Twitter & LinkedIn representatives within existing client portfolio or verticals
  • Demonstrate and share expertise in both media strategy and client services
  • Participate in cross-functional communication/planning with other departments, and facilitate client-related initiatives with cross-functional teams
  • Desire to support the Client Services team to collaboratively and strategically ensure successful client outcomes and overall client satisfaction
  • Experience creating and supporting the execution of account roadmaps
  • Able to proactively anticipate needs and follow directions flawlessly
  • Strives for perfection on even the smallest of tasks
  • Leading testing initiatives within channels – ads, landing pages, devices, networks, audiences, targeting, program betas and 3rd party tool integration
  • Desire to support the client services team to ensure successful client outcomes and overall client satisfaction
  • Ability to mentor and develop Associate level Account Managers

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7+ years experience managing PPC accounts for clients
  • Broad experience with web analytics tools and ability to use analytics data to improve PPC campaigns
  • Experience with eCommerce, Lead Generation, B2B and B2C Paid Search campaigns
  • General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and Web Usability Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Proven track record of successful project management and multi-tasking skills as well as ability to hit and exceed deadlines required
  • Strong in-depth understanding of all facets of digital marketing and how to integrate channel specific strategies into a holistic vision to empower client success
  • Solid foundation for excel /ppt mastery with proven record of extracting insights an actionable items for clients
  • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
