This position is full-time out of our Duluth office. The Ad Operations Specialist is the backbone of our client success and must be analytical, strong at problem-solving, quick thinking and even faster at execution. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with math and excel and able to navigate through large data sets to surface insights to our optimization team internally.  Aimclear is a growing company, and to feel at home here, you need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated and a proactive problem-solver.

Responsibilities

  • Build-out and manage Social Media and Search Marketing campaigns for clients implementing a nuanced strategy, long-term orientation, and customized creative assets
  • Solid foundation for excel mastery with strong desire to become an excel data nerd (vlookups, sumifs, countifs etc)
  • Analyze and optimize media spending around client needs focusing on data-driven tactics
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating digital marketing budgets
  • Troubleshoot and prevent technical issues (pixel placements, URL tracking codes etc)
  • Creatively solve problems while operating in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to collaboratively develop and optimize workflows
  • Promote effective communication and responsiveness within Marketing teams and with clients
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and tactics to maximize efficiency
  • Desire to support the Account Management team to ensure successful client outcomes and overall client satisfaction.
  • A willingness to learn the basics of fundamental digital advertising and then desire to teach and train others in best practices
  • Develop client facing skills and acumen
  • Takes responsibility for improvements or solving problems; sets own standards above prevailing standards; shows dissatisfaction with substandard or inefficient activities
  • Ability to focus on important issues only; regularly refocuses on results; demonstrates a drive to exceed performance targets

Requirements

  • Experience using Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, PowerPoint and other tools; strong desire to learn these tools
  • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Immaculate written and verbal communication
  • Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, statistics, economics, or marketing field AND/OR training at University
  • Can marshal data, identify patterns, establish relationships, make detailed comparisons between similar sources and draw conclusions within the data
  • Familiarity with creative testing and media formats in digital / mobile technologies
