Another year, another humbling milestone. We are pleased to announce (drum roll please)… aimClear is included in this year’s Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest growing privately held companies. This isn’t our first rodeo — it’s our fourth, and we could not be more grateful to our community, industry and world-class clients.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Our Founder Marty Weintraub puts it like this:

“Building and maintaining a culture that serves our clients and employees has always been integral to aimClear’s success. Our growth comes as a result of both the employees and clients believing in our determination to drive results through dominant audience targeting for customer acquisition.”

So, what has our team done to contribute to year-after-year growth alongside America’s most successful and innovative companies? While we certainly enjoy a comfortable work culture, we never slow down. Here’s the scoop:

Over the last year, we expanded into the vibrant world of video. The magic happens in our full floor production studio dedicated to social journalism content for our array of internationally-recognized, iconic clients. It’s been a game changer, folks.

Duluth-OfficeAs always, Marty and the team continue to speak at prominent search and social conferences around the world, including our very own Zenith Social Media Marketing Conference, created in partnership with Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce.

The aimClear team has also added numerous recruits, expanding every department from Duluth to St. Paul. aimClear continues to foster an atmosphere of creativity, innovation & smart work, living up to its reputation as a three-time winner of Minnesota Business’ “Best Companies to Work For in Minnesota.”
