Welcome back to aimClear’s ongoing coverage of SMX West 2014. On day two, Manny Rivas, aimCear Online Advertising Director, interviewed Kevin Mullett, Director of Social Media and Visibility at Cirrus ABS, for his insight on social media tools that win business.

“Everybody runs Screaming Frog. Ok, well, great. What else can we get other than Screaming Frog to impress a client?” Kevin’s focus is on helping search marketers win business by using tools to get information their competitors don’t have. Furthermore, the tools Kevin outlines will give marketers the ammo they need to help nudge your boss in the right direction. Ultimately, our tools should provide information that our competition is unable to provide.

Kevin’s new Content Opportunity Report is designed to help marketers work with clients to build their editorial calendars by determining the clients’ assets, audience, and more. The report measures the opportunities clients have and helps them select which ones to place on their calendars based on assets they have, assets they need to produce and each opportunity’s return value.
