		<description>This is a great summary. I agree with all your points, particularly with client responsibility. I have seen many deals go sour over the years because the client was not told up front what their part of the project entailed. Too often, people are afraid to tell the client exactly how much effort they need to put into it, but no project can be completed successfully without the client&#039;s efforts.</description>
