While I appreciate Chris&#039; enthusiasm, comments like &quot;tools and approaches that you can use to persuade even the most analytical bean-counter&quot; sound like a hard sell to me. While it sounds very positive, the truth is that collection of compelling statistics that a accountant/comptroller can understand is much different than convincing the CEO that the marketing approach is sound. 

I do appreciate Chris&#039; ideas on SMM&#039;s international reach. As I don&#039;t get out much :-) It can be hard to project where the rest of the world is on this.
