Some insightful aspects put forward Marty. It is also important that the end client understands these ideals as it is often a tricky issue of making them aware of the impacts of design and a lot are reluctant to spend money on design as they can’t see the ROI. It is our job to educate so everyone is working from the same page, also lots of on page factors to consider as the messages they send need to be consistent and part of their whole strategy.
