The morning sun has barely risen over the Santa Clara valley, but energy and excitement radiate from the very heart of this famed Silicon Valley. Technology industry icons including Adobe, BEA Systems, Cisco, eBay, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Hitachi and so many others call this northern California enclave home. The GooglePlex is just a short commuter rail ride north to Mountain View.

There could hardly be a more fitting location for Incisive Media’s classic August search marketing conference, SearchEngineStrategies San Jose 2008. This 10th annual rendering of SES SJ has attained a rarity of stature, structure and attendance by a decade of excellence in total search marketing immersion.

Today’s sessions are laid out on 5 tracks: “World View,” “Search 2.5,” “Search Industry,” “What’s Next” and”ClickZ.” After lunch the (now SES-standard) Orion Keynote Panel will “evaluate strategic thought processes and then grind down to tactical execution with thought leaders from the search engine marketing, advertising agency, and advertiser perspectives.”

The Opening Keynote features Lee Siegel, Author of “Against the Machine.” The day’s events will culminate with The Internet Marketer’s Charity Party. Pick up your tickets in advance through the Internet Marketer’s Team in Training Donation Page.

AIMCLEAR‘s three blogger team will bring you inside highlights of the sessions and social scene. Watch for comprehensive coverage from BruceClay Blog, TopRank, SearchEngineRoundTable and many others. Good morning SES San Jose! It’s so great to see ya’ again.
