I think it is important to understand your customer on the deepest level possible. What are their imminent needs and where are they in the sales cycle? Are there any misconception / objections they typically have? Address these things early on. Don&#039;t forget traditional &quot;sales&quot; methodologies when selling (product or service) online. 

Your visitors are, &quot;buyers&quot; not, “searchers” and they are there to buy so selling to them is not a bad thing it&#039;s a required action.
