What are their imminent needs and where are they in the sales cycle? Are there any misconception / objections they typically have? Address these things early on. Don't forget traditional "sales" methodologies when selling (product or service) online. Your visitors are, "buyers" not, “searchers” and they are there to buy so selling to them is not a bad thing it's a required action. Glad you enjoyed the seminar.
