		<description>I think now is the best time for the "little guy" to get involved in Social media and take over the marketplace, away from the big guys.

I work with a lot of big companies and they all want to get involved with social media and blogging but their so scared about anything that could possibly be seen as negative that they end up not going through with any of the new developments. It's very frustrating as a SEM. These big companies want traffic and a community but they don't want to do anything about it. They don't understand how the Internet is evolving.

If smaller companies took the initiative they could easily take over the SERPS  and take away a lot of the listings that the larger companies occupy.</description>
