Since creating profiles on many of the Social Media sites, my circle of friends has expanded enormously and it's funny how like attracts like and what you need at any certain moment, just shows up in the form of a new friend!! I guess that's what happens when you love your job so much! I went to an American boarding school in England for Highschool and graduated in 1996. I had roommates from Korea, Spain, Mexico, Hong Kong, and Canada and hundreds of other friends from all over the world. Naturally, after graduation we all went our seperate ways. I was only able to keep in consistent contact with a handful of these friends because at the time long distance phone rates were substantial and email was something that I checked once a day. I can't imagine how different things would have been if we had Facebook and Myspace back then. It is only now, after the advent and rapid expansion of social media, that I am starting to reconnect with many lost friends. Kids these days are so spoiled. It's jawdropping to imagine the exponential impact that social media will have over time. Hi Marty,
