		<description>I enjoyed this article.  It really outlines a lot of important points that are encountered every day in the advertising business.  Education is always key to managing the clients expectations.  They have to feel confident that you are fully knowledgeable regarding the work that's being done.  It helps them feel more involved in the advertising or marketing and comfortable that you're not 'tinkering' with their stuff behind closed doors.</description>
