Concerning the word count and keyword density for a Contact Page what is the minimum words recommended so that it is effectively process by web crawlers (in respects to SEO concerns) For a small website 300 word as a minimum seems to be extreme.

Is the concept of using the 350 word as a minimum for the About / Home / other more informative Page as a Landing Pages and rely on the site navigation / links to the contact page?
